Hello! I am Deivanai Jothimani, a passionate Career Counsellor, Parenting Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Personal Development Mentor with over 10 years of experience helping students, parents, and young professionals make confident and informed decisions about their future.

My professional journey began in the banking sector, where I worked as a banker. At an important stage in my life, I made the conscious decision to step away from my career to focus on raising and nurturing my children. What initially started as a personal commitment soon became a transformative journey of learning, growth, and purpose.

While supporting my children through their academic and career journeys, I pursued professional training and certifications in Career Development, Career Counselling, Parenting and Child Development. As I gained deeper insights and practical knowledge, I realized that these tools and strategies could benefit not only my own children but countless other students and families as well.

This realization inspired me to dedicate myself to guiding young minds and empowering parents. For the past decade, I have been actively working with students and families, helping them discover their strengths, identify suitable career paths, build confidence, and make informed life decisions.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting numerous parents and students, receiving positive feedback and witnessing meaningful transformations in their personal, academic, and professional lives. These experiences continue to motivate me to expand my impact and serve more families.
